Happy New Year! As we enter 2022, we are filled with optimism. We’ve all traveled uncertain roads over the past two years, but with a new year here, we can’t help but be filled with excitement over what comes next. Our road ahead is one of abundance as we support the field in new and more exciting ways. We’re not back to pre-pandemic levels of normalcy, but we’re getting closer. We’ve successfully navigated this highly volatile period of human history and come out of it stronger. For the NetApp on NetApp team, we’re entering the New Year with a focus on the future. Our team will be attacking our mission with new tools, new faces, and a new focus. This starts with our new CIO, Umesh Manathkar, who assumed his new role in October. Under his guidance, we’ll be expanding the program, with a greater focus on engagements outside North America. We will be working with colleagues in EMEA, APAC, and LatAm to connect with customers and partners around the world. Partners in particular will be a focus this year. Regularly connecting with our top five partners is of paramount importance. They are a key to spreading our authentic message and one-to-many engagements will become our norm. We will accomplish this by leveraging an expanded team and improved channels. We added two new faces in 2021 – Mark Swanson, our IT storyteller, and Darcey Pittman, our video lead. Both have been instrumental in creating and delivering content and we look forward to new and exciting pieces in 2022. Their work includes a website relaunched with renewed focus. NetAppIT.com is undergoing a refresh that will provide our program’s home with a new structure and design. We enter 2022 with renewed excitement about the work we’ve done and the opportunities that lay in front of us. We can’t wait to tell you all about it.
